He also ended up disconnecting the gas heater (and fixing several other minor faults...) free of charge. Derek was professional, friendly and honest throughout. He was able to supply, fit and install boiler and thermostat and help set up the app, this was from getting in touch on Monday afternoon to completion of the job by Thursday tea time. Very professional service, clean, tidy and patient with my dogs. Explained process every step of the way including costs, time and any extras. I hope he has no plans on retiring any time soon because I will be using him for services of my boiler and highly recommending him to anyone and everyone. Thank you 🙂”
