“Derek initially attended to remove an old gas heater, but found a gas leak in our boiler. He ended up replacing the boiler within 48 hours, working his day off to make sure we weren't left without heating. Derek was very upfront and honest, giving us the relevant information so we could make an informed decision without pressure from him. He also ended up disconnecting the gas heater (and fixing several other minor faults...) free of charge. Derek was professional, friendly and honest throughout. We will definitely be going back to Derek for annual services and any other heating gas needs. We would highly recommend.”

“Derek recently replaced our boiler. Managed to fit us in just before Christmas knowing it possibly wouldn’t last over the cold snap and we were so pleased he could. “Derek came out on Monday afternoon around 2.50pm to fit a new boiler in the property , done everything to a high and professional standard as well as new pipe work and flushing the system on each radiator and the system as a whole he cracked on till late to get this running so thier was hot water and heating really appreciated”

“It was a pleasure to have Derek in our home to fit our new plinth heater in the kitchen. He had to try two locations before it would work but persevered and did a very neat and professional job of it. Our kitchen was a chilly place, but no more after the installation of the plinth heater. It produces an amazing amount of heat at a tiny cost. He was able to supply, fit and install boiler and thermostat and help set up the app, this was from getting in touch on Monday afternoon to completion of the job by Thursday tea time. Very professional service, clean, tidy and patient with my dogs. Explained process every step of the way including costs, time and any extras.
